Xintas is seeking a Product Lead for the Platform Energy Solutions cluster to own a product line, shaping its vision, strategy, and measurable impact in the context of the energy transition. You will guide value delivery for clients and partners and mentor product teams across design, data and engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience at senior or lead level.
• Experience owning a product line end-to-end in energy/utilities.
• Ability to translate vision into strategy and measurable outcomes.
• Strong data-driven approach with OKRs and KPIs.
• Excellent stakeholder management across operations, account managers, and leadership.
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French and English.

Responsabilités

• Define strategy and roadmap for the product line aligned with PES strategy.
• Lead ceremonies: roadmap reviews, insights reviews, stakeholder touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to clients and partners.
• Act as bridge between product teams and senior leadership.
