Abakus IT-Solutions is seeking a Product Lead to own a strategic product line in Belgium’s energy sector. You will guide vision, strategy, and roadmaps while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design and Data teams in an international, multidisciplinary setting.

You will drive governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous discovery to deliver value, align with regulators, and ensure portfolio coherence across related product lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and product operating models.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams including Product, Engineering, Design and Data.
• Proven ability to define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy.

Responsabilités

• Define and continuously evolve the vision and strategy of your product line.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear product objectives and initiatives.
• Define a roadmap based on user needs, data and business objectives.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities based on value, impact and feasibility.
• Lead key product meetings and governance sessions.
• Promote a continuous approach to discovery, experimentation, and improvement.
• Support product teams in solving problems and removing blockers.
• Represent the product line to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operational teams to understand needs and improve solutions.
• Coordinate with other Product Leads to manage cross-product dependencies and ensure portfolio coherence.
