Editx in Brussels is seeking a Business & Process Analyst to bridge business needs with operational processes and technology solutions. You will analyze requirements, map end-to-end processes, and translate needs into clear, actionable PBIs for delivery teams.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, developers, and stakeholders, facilitate workshops, perform data analysis, and support testing and validation to ensure processes deliver tangible business value.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Translating needs into functional specifications and PBIs.
• Writing, maintaining, and refining PBIs for delivery teams.
• Mapping, analyzing, and optimizing end-to-end business processes.
• Identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitating workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and interviews.
• Collaborating with Product Owners, Project Managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Supporting implementation and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Performing data analysis to support decision-making and validate improvements.
• Defining and documenting business rules, process flows, and requirements.
