Sony Europe, within the Service Solutions Europe (SSE) team, seeks a Senior Business Process Analyst to re-think and improve process flows, enhancing customer experience and reducing costs. You will partner with operations to translate requirements into feasible designs and collaborate with IS solution architects and developers to document functional changes.

Qualifications

• Experience documenting and modelling business processes.
• Proficiency with Nimbus/UML/Visio for diagrams and flows.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or AWS EKS Kubernetes.
• Programming skills in C#, Java, and Python.
• Experience with AI in IT domain including documentation and proof-of-concept.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and evolve SSE process documentation across online, contact, service, and parts operations.
• Lead projects from initiation through go-live, including workshops, design alignment, testing, and cutover planning.
• Update transition to BAU by updating support docs, coordinating training and incident tracking.
• Coordinate security/compliance with EGIS by maintaining application impact assessments and access reviews.
