Ariad is recruiting an Infrastructure Service Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery of complex IT infrastructure managed services for strategic clients. You will lead a team of professionals, drive service transformation and automation, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT infrastructure managed services across multi-technology environments.
• Strong ITIL 4 service management and ITSM tool understanding (ServiceNow).
• Deep cloud, data centre, and network knowledge; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record with CxO-level client relationships and executive reporting.
• Budgeting, cost-to-serve modelling, and P&L awareness.
• Excellent problem-solving and escalation management under pressure.
• Experience with vendor governance and third-party management.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of multi-technology IT infrastructure services.
• Interface with client CxOs on performance, escalations, and reviews.
• Lead a team of infrastructure professionals; drive improvement.
• Define and enforce SLA/OLA across all service towers.
• Lead service reviews, produce executive performance reports and roadmaps.
• Drive cloud adoption, automation, and AIOps integration.
• Oversee incident, problem, change management per ITIL.
• Manage service delivery budgets and cost-to-serve analyses.
• Govern third-party providers and vendor performance.
• Contribute to CSI plans and assist in pre-sales and contract discussions.
