MPL is seeking a Commercial Manager in Antwerp to lead the liquids business, coordinating operations and commercial activities. You will be the main interface between customers and internal divisions, developing tailored logistics solutions and growing the customer portfolio.

You should bring a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus experience in freight forwarding or a commercial logistics role, with a network in liquids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge/experience.
• Experience in operations (freight forwarding) or a commercial role in logistics.
• Experience and/or a network in the liquids sector.
• Experience managing projects with clients is a significant advantage.
• Ability to identify commercial opportunities and translate them into wins for the future.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; other languages a plus.
• Open to attending fairs and events; adaptable and agile.
• Energy and a proactive, digital-forwarder mindset.

As Commercial Manager, you will monitor the operational and commercial processes to provide custom-made solutions to our customers. You are the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions within our group.

Use your enthusiasm and sense of entrepreneurship to leave your mark in this growing food market. Don’t be bound by today but look beyond and take on the challenge. With the support of a dedicated team you will explore, develop and create new opportunities. You are responsible for the follow-up of a variety of customers and expansion of your own portfolio.

As a member of the commercial team of product specialists you have your own expertise to support our customer with thorough market- and product knowledge.

You have experience in operations (freight forwarding) or a commercial role within logistics.

Communication is key. You’re fluent in both Dutch and English. Knowledge of any another languages is a plus.
