ING invites applications for a Performance Management & Data Expert to translate strategy into actionable insights for executive management and various business teams. You will lead reporting, forecast insurance results, and coach junior analysts in Brussels with a 50% hybrid work arrangement.

Fluency in English plus Dutch or French, a strong SQL/SAS/Power BI skillset, and a master’s degree (or 5+ years) are expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or 5+ years of experience in analytics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as data/financial/performance analyst.
• Experience in Insurance domain is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is an asset; current residency in Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Translate strategy into actionable insights for executive management.
• Prepare impactful presentations and executive summaries.
• Coach junior data analysts and back-up reporting.
• Lead monthly/weekly reporting and forecasting for insurance results.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Product teams across functions.
