Phinest, a Belgian management consulting firm, is seeking a Data Analyst to collect, clean and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decisions. You will develop dashboards, reports and KPIs to monitor performance and translate insights into action.

The role requires a Master degree and 3+ years of experience, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, SQL and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau). Fluency in French and English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Knowledge of data modelling and data visualization best practices.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
