Asenium Consulting in Brussels is seeking a Data Analyst (4 years of experience) to act as Data Hub Business Analyst and Initiative Owner in a hybrid setting. The role requires 50% on-site work and 50% homeworking, with start date as soon as possible.

The candidate will drive business analysis from ideation to delivery, develop business cases, map data flows, and collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and SMEs to validate requirements and ensure alignment between business and development

Qualifications

• Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods is required.
• Knowledge of IT testing is required.
• A good understanding of big data, Business Intelligence, reporting, and dashboarding is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
• Proficiency in SQL querying is required.
• An understanding of Agile methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, and the MVP mindset, is required.
• Strong experience with requirements management is required.
• Proven project management skills are required.
• A good understanding of workflow processes is required.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Dutch AND French.

Responsabilités

• Drive business analysis from ideation through delivery.
• Develop business cases and co-create requirements.
• Continuously improve solutions in line with evolving business needs.
• Analyze and map data flows, user roles, and usage.
• Identify data issues and define target solutions and use cases.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and subject-matter experts to validate requirements.
• Align business and development teams.
• Maintain requirements traceability for impact analysis.
• Translate business needs into conditions for product, performance, and UAT testing.
• Support data architecture design, solution validation, and prototype quality reviews.
• Facilitate testing, change management, and report and dashboard creation.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
