Job summary

ING Wholesale Banking Belgium is seeking a proactive Business Manager to the Head of Wholesale Banking Belgium. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, drive transversal initiatives and support executive decision-making across strategy, performance, people, risk and organisational development.

You will help ensure the effective functioning and continued development of Wholesale Banking Belgium, while collaborating with ING Belgium and the Wholesale Banking Group.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Wholesale Banking, or the ability to develop it quickly.
• Experience in business management, strategic project management, consultancy or a comparable role.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear recommendations.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations and narratives.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor and strategic sparring partner to the Head of Wholesale Banking Belgium.
• Coordinate Wholesale Banking Belgium Management Team meetings, offsites and other senior forums.
• Consolidate and analyse commercial, financial and strategic performance information.
• Design and coordinate External communications plan in close collaboration with the CoE Marketing & Communications.
• Act as a linking pin across Wholesale Banking Belgium, ING Belgium and Wholesale Banking Group.
