ING Belgium NV/SA is seeking a BE Trade Sales Account Manager to own end-to-end management of a Wholesale Banking Trade client portfolio in Belgium. You will drive revenue growth, ensure seamless execution, and coordinate with the Trade Centre of Excellence and central teams to deliver ING’s Trade Solutions throughout deal lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing complex client relationships across international environments and delivering value in trade solutions.
• Strong commercial drive with risk awareness and analytical skills.
• Understanding of operational workflows and transaction banking systems.
• Familiarity with ING Wholesale Banking (Trade) infrastructure is a plus.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end servicing of Wholesale Banking Trade clients in Belgium.
• Grow portfolio income via TS fees and net interest income by leveraging relationships.
• Serve as primary contact for portfolio; act as escalation point for incidents in operations and settlements.
• Structure and implement operational setup for new Trade transactions, including onboarding and interface refinement.
• Collaborate with ING Hubs to ensure high-quality execution across Trade processes.
• Participate in deal teams for new Trade client pitches and RfPs to increase TS income.
• Conduct regular client reviews and discuss program performance with clients.
