Job summary

ING Belgium is seeking a proactive Business Manager to the Head of Wholesale Banking Belgium. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and driving transversal initiatives across the organisation.

You will coordinate the Wholesale Banking Belgium Management Team, prepare decision-ready materials, and translate data into actionable insights while collaborating with Finance, HR and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor and strategic sparring partner to the Head of Wholesale Banking Belgium.
• Contribute to translating strategic priorities into concrete plans and drive transversal projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate management meetings, prepare concise briefings, presentations and reports.
• Consolidate stakeholder input and ensure clear messaging and high-quality materials.
• Consolidate and analyse performance information and translate data into insights.
• Work with Finance, HR and business stakeholders on planning and performance follow-up.
• Design and coordinate external and internal communications plans and drive organisational development.
• Build alignment across business lines and maintain a strong pulse with senior stakeholders.
