ING Belgium is seeking a proactive Business Manager for Wholesale Banking to act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Wholesale Banking Belgium. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and drive transversal initiatives across the organisation, supporting executive decision-making with clear communications.

Working across strategy, performance, people, risk and organisational development, you will help ensure effective operations and continued development of Wholesale Banking

• Act as trusted advisor and strategic sparring partner to the Head of Wholesale Banking Belgium.
• Contribute to translating strategic priorities into concrete plans and drive transversal projects from initiation to delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify issues and ensure follow-up on decisions and actions.
• Coordinate Management Team meetings, offsites and senior forums; prepare briefings and reports.
• Consolidate performance information and translate data into insights; work with Finance, HR and stakeholders on planning and follow-up.
• Design and coordinate External communications plans; shape internal messaging and drive organisational development initiatives.
