ING Belgium is seeking a proactive Business Manager to support the Head of Wholesale Banking Belgium. The role translates strategic priorities into concrete plans and drives transversal initiatives across strategy, performance, people, risk and organisation.

You will coordinate governance, prepare executive materials and manage a small team, contributing to the division’s ongoing development and decision-making at the highest level.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strategic thinking and execution
• Experience as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Excellent organisational abilities and multi-priority management
• Fluent English; Dutch and/or French is a plus

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted advisor and strategic sparring partner to the Head of Wholesale Banking Belgium.
• Coordinate strategy translation into actionable plans and drive transversal projects.
• Prepare concise, decision-ready briefings, presentations and reports for leadership.
• Consolidate stakeholder input and ensure clear messaging and high-quality materials.
• Consolidate and analyse financial and strategic performance information and translate into insights.
• Design and coordinate external communications in collaboration with CoE Marketing & Communications.
• Manage onboarding, learning, engagement and organisational development initiatives.
• Lead or support transversal projects from concept to execution.
• Engage senior stakeholders with confidence and maturity.
