Aikido Security BV is expanding its paid media team and seeks a Paid Media & Creative Manager to own the strategy and execution of our paid social presence across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and YouTube. This role blends campaign management with creative development, briefing agencies, writing copy, and improving efficiency to sustain a steady stream of video and image content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and YouTube.
• Comfortable setting channel and budget strategy, not just execution.
• Strong ad copywriting skills for paid social campaigns.
• Experience briefing agencies or freelancers for video and image production.
• Proven ability to build scalable processes for creative teams.
• Solid analytics and dashboard skills; HubSpot/Funnel experience is a plus.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, DevOps, or cybersecurity.

Responsabilités

• Define and own paid social strategy per channel: budget allocation, targeting, and channel mix.
• Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and YouTube.
• Own reporting on campaign performance; build dashboards, track spend, CTR, conversions, pipeline impact.
• Brief creative agencies and freelancers on video and image concepts for each platform.
• Write ad copy, captions, scripts, and messaging angles across paid social channels.
• Run a test-and-learn loop on creative and campaigns; scale winners, kill losers quickly.
• Manage creative production timelines, budgets, and relationships with agencies/freelancers.
