Job summary

Aikido is expanding its paid media team and seeks a Paid Media & Creative Manager to own strategy and execution of paid social across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and YouTube. The role blends campaign management with creative development, including briefing agencies, writing copy, and driving efficiency to maintain strong video and image creative flow.

You will define channel mix, plan and run campaigns, own performance dashboards, and ensure spend delivers pipeline impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong ad copywriting skills for social campaigns.
• Experience building and reading performance dashboards.

• Experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, cybersecurity preferred.

We're expanding our paid media team and looking for a Paid Media & Creative Manager to help own the strategy and execution of our paid social presence across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and YouTube. This role is half campaign management and reporting and half creative development. You'll set the approach for each channel you own, run campaigns, own the numbers, and drive the creative that fuels them, briefing agencies, writing copy, and improving efficiency to keep a strong stream of video and image creative flowing.

Responsibilities

• Define and own paid social strategy per channel: budget allocation, targeting, and channel mix, based on what's driving results.




• Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and YouTube.




• Own reporting on campaign performance: build and maintain dashboards, track spend, CTR, conversions, and pipeline impact, and turn results into clear recommendations.




• Brief creative agencies and freelancers on video and image concepts tailored to each platform and audience.




• Write creative copy: ad copy, captions, scripts, and messaging angles across all paid social channels.




• Run a tight test-and-learn loop on creative and campaigns: if something works, scale it; if it doesn't, kill it fast and move to the next idea.




• Manage creative production timelines, budgets, and relationships with agencies and freelancers.

• 5+ years managing paid social campaigns, ideally across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and/or YouTube.




• Comfortable setting channel and budget strategy, not just executing campaigns.




• Strong ad copywriting skills, with the ability to write compelling ad copy and creative concepts for paid social.




• Experience briefing and managing creative agencies or freelancers for video and image production.




• A track record of building processes that help creative teams produce more, faster, without sacrificing quality.




• Strong analytical skills and comfortable building and reading performance dashboards (Hubspot & Funnel experience is a plus).




• Experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, DevOps, or cybersecurity.
