Oleon is seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager to shape the company’s long-term commercial direction across multiple business segments. You will translate market insights into actionable strategies, prioritizing growth platforms and value-based selling in collaboration with Sales, Innovation, and Leadership teams.

You will own pricing governance, report on pricing strategy, and explore strategic partnerships and potential investments.

Qualifications

Master’s degree and 10+ years in strategic marketing, business strategy, or related leadership roles.
Proven ability to translate market insights into growth strategies and commercial decisions.
Experience with market segmentation, portfolio management, and pricing strategies.

Responsabilités

Develop and drive Oleon’s strategic marketing agenda across business segments.
Identify growth opportunities via market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
Translate insights into actionable strategies with cross-functional teams (Sales, Innovation, Product Management, Leadership).
Lead pricing governance and long-term commercial pricing strategies.
Evaluate partnerships, business development opportunities, and potential M&A initiatives.
Transform market data into clear strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
