• Experience in B2B, chemical, industrial or manufacturing settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive Oleon's strategic marketing agenda across all business segments.
• Identify growth opportunities via market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
• Define where Oleon should compete and win, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Lead pricing governance and evaluate partnerships, alliances, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business, Sales, Innovation, Product Management and Leadership Teams.
