Agoda is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Performance Marketing partnership, owning end-to-end marketing strategy, P&L and a small team. You will partner with cross-functional teams and drive data-driven decisions to optimize channels and deliver measurable revenue impact.

This role requires 7–10+ years in marketing/analytics and strong leadership, with the ability to influence at VP/Director levels across global markets. Brussels-based role with close collaboration with partner teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in marketing, growth or analytics
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management
• SQL proficiency and data-driven mindset
• Experience with marketing channels and ROI optimization
• Complex stakeholder management including partner relationships

Responsabilités

• Own the full marketing P&L for the partnership
• Lead a team of 2–3 marketing specialists and set OKRs
• Set overall marketing strategy and influence ROI targets
• Guide channel strategies and execution excellence
• Oversee analytics, dashboards and reporting for the partnership
