You set priorities, review work, unblock blockers and ensure execution stays with the owners. Run the squad across planning, cadence, ownership and delivery while coordinating with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, Data and IT.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and developing marketing specialists
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary delivery through clear priorities, cadence, ownership and follow-up
• Commercial and analytical mindset: you connect marketing activity to pipeline, adoption and revenue
• Multilingual people leader who can build trust and challenge specialists in Dutch, French and English
• Ownership mindset for long-term role with sustained collaboration across the team

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop four specialists in growth & revenue marketing, marketing ops & automation, web/content & SEO, and events/partner & affiliation
• Set priorities, expectations and ownership; review work, unblock blockers and raise the bar
• Run the squad with planning, cadence, ownership, delivery follow-up, decisions, retrospectives
• Coordinate dependencies with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, Data and IT
• Drive tool strategy to ensure marketing runs on an effective stack and AI is embedded in daily execution
• Turn performance data into decisions and experiments with KPIs supporting qualified leads
