Proximus is seeking a Methods and Procedures Specialist to orchestrate transversal upskilling initiatives. You will translate strategic workforce planning into actionable learning plans, review cross-domain programs, and propose concrete learning solutions with measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with HR Operations and Group Talent to ensure budget alignment and vendor fit, delivering impactful programs across populations in Brussels, Belgium.

Competenze

• Experience translating workforce insights into learning actions.
• Ability to design end-to-end learning solutions (classroom, blended, e-learning).
• Familiar with budgeting and external vendor coordination.

• Act as central orchestrator between SWP, Learning Partners, Group Talent and HR Operations.
• Translate upskilling priorities into actionable learning plans.
• Review learning plans to identify synergies for transversal upskilling.
• Propose concrete learning solutions with target populations and objectives.
