Qualifications

• 5+ years in a strategic B2B Key Account Management role.
• Proven experience with large, complex customer accounts.
• Strong negotiation skills with senior decision-makers.
• Solid understanding of logistics, transport or supply chain.
• Autonomous, proactive, and ownership-driven.
• Excellent relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for strategic customers across Belgium and Europe.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders within client organisations.
• Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Lead contract renewals, commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and volume agreements.
• Manage customer escalations and coordinate solutions with internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Monitor account performance, profitability, and commercial KPIs.
• Coordinate with multiple internal departments and sites across Belgium.
• Contribute to business development within existing accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Frequent travel across Belgium, with occasional travel within Europe.
