V-IT NV is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a Service Desk transition programme in East-Flanders. You will identify, document, and validate processes, services, roles, and requirements to ensure seamless transfer of service ownership.

You'll collaborate with the Transition Manager, map end-to-end workflows, analyze dependencies, and facilitate stakeholder workshops to sign off on deliverables, while supporting knowledge transfer and testing readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience in IT Operations or Service Management.
• Experience documenting ITIL processes.
• Proven experience in supplier transitions, outsourcing programs, or major service transformations.
• Strong process mapping skills using BPMN, Visio, or equivalent tools.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops.

Responsabilités

• Identify and document current-state IT operations processes.
• Map end-to-end service management workflows.
• Analyze operational dependencies between teams and suppliers.
• Gather functional and operational requirements from stakeholders.
• Define transition requirements for Service Desk and ITIL processes.
• Create detailed process maps and service blueprints.
• Document operational procedures and work instructions.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and sign-offs.
• Support knowledge transfer activities and testing readiness.
• Track transition actions and governance reporting.
