Job summary

Sia is seeking a proactive Program Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale programs across the organization. You will initiate, define, and implement programs, build roadmaps, and guide a team of experienced project managers to achieve program objectives.

You will monitor benefits realization, manage risks and dependencies, and report progress to business leadership, while fostering data and AI-driven client solutions in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Master degree in applied economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics.
• +3 years experience in consultancy and, if possible, managing complex programs.
• Experience with ERP implementation (e.g. SAP, Oracle).
• Strong leadership.
• Good facilitator.
• Interest in data and AI-related topics and ability to build expertise quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the initiation, definition and implementation of the program.
• Build a program roadmap and ensure it is realized.
• Manage a team of experienced project managers.
• Follow-up of the realization of program objectives.
• Report on progress of program objectives to business management.
• Follow-up of benefits realization and costs incurred.
• Manage program risks and dependencies with other programs and projects.
• Monitor the proper functioning of the core team.
