Job summary

Sia is seeking a Senior Consultant to join as Product Owner, shaping product strategy and roadmap while coordinating a multidisciplinary team. You will guide budgeting, planning, and team development, with opportunities to contribute to knowledge sharing and workshops across business units.

The role emphasizes rapid responsibility, collaboration, and delivering results in a fast-growing, international environment with a focus on data and AI opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Engineering, Management, Civil Engineering, or similar.
• 2 to 6 years’ experience as consultant.
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills.
• Scrum, product owner or SAFe certification.
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, ability to quickly build expertise.
• Languages: French, Dutch and English; Dutch needed.
