Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent in system integration.
• Senior IT Infrastructure experience in large enterprises (500+ employees).
• Broad server domain knowledge: Windows/Linux/AD‑ADFS, databases, storage, virtualization, deployment, security.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, clarify requests, and prepare decision material.
• Strong ability to identify solution directions, evaluate trade‑offs, and communicate them clearly.
• Comfortable operating at conceptual/architectural level, not hands‑on implementation.

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to lead complex IT Infrastructure resource and service requests that span multiple domains. The role will work closely with domain teams to analyze, clarify and shape solutions for multi‑team initiatives. You will translate unclear requirements into structured, actionable files for decision boards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analysis of cross‑team infrastructure requests.

• Identify underlying needs and translate incomplete inputs into structured requirements.

• Challenge assumptions, ask probing questions, document constraints and risks.

• Engage with subject matter experts across Ops Windows, Ops Linux, IAM, Application Management, Deployment, and DBAs to evaluate technical possibilities.

• Assess fit with Client’s IT standards and identify gaps.

• Prepare clear request files for review, including needs, options, risks, costs, and impacts.

• Provide architectural input and decision preparation support to Infrastructure and Operations teams.

• Approx. 20% of time on infrastructure and server architecture activities.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent training as a specialist for system integration.

• Senior experience in IT Infrastructure within complex enterprise environments of at least 500 employees.

• Broad understanding of server‑related domains including Windows Server, Linux Red Hat, Active Directory, ADFS, authentication, databases, storage, virtualization, application management, deployment, data exchange, RDP, containerized solutions, security principles, and on‑premise/cloud integration.

• Proven ability to gather requirements, clarify requests, conduct fact finding, and prepare decision material.

• Strong experience in identifying solution directions, evaluating trade‑offs, and communicating them clearly.

• Comfortable operating at conceptual and architectural level without performing hands‑on implementation.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern authentication methods.

• Experience with on‑premise/cloud integration.
