ITHR Group plc is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to gather, analyse and document business requirements in a hybrid Brussels-based role. You will conduct workshops, interview stakeholders, and map current and target processes to drive improvements across large organisations.

The role requires strong BA skills, experience with BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and proficiency in BPMN/UML, Agile/Waterfall, and toolsets like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Visio.

Qualifications

10+ years' IT experience.
Experience working within large organisations.
Strong background in business analysis and requirements management.

Responsabilités

Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews.
Analyse current and target business processes.
Produce process maps and workflow diagrams.
Perform gap analysis and identify improvements.
Convert business requirements into functional specifications.
Create BRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Manage requirements traceability and change requests.
Define functional and non-functional requirements.
Support testing, UAT and acceptance sign-off.
Work with business users, developers and testers.
Identify risks and recommend mitigation actions.
