Job summary

MindWave in Belgium is seeking a Contract & Vendor Manager who will lead end-to-end IT procurement projects and manage a portfolio of strategic IT contracts. You will develop procurement strategies, define technical requirements with SMEs, and negotiate contracts to ensure value and compliance.

You will govern multi-vendor relationships, monitor SLAs/KPIs, assess risks, and drive continuous improvement while partnering with internal stakeholders to align with the digital roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT procurement and contract management.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration across IT and business units.
• Ability to define and manage procurement strategies in line with digital roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT procurement projects and define procurement strategies.
• Define technical requirements with SMEs and collaborate with Procurement and IT teams.
• Govern multi-vendor IT contracts with governance, performance monitoring and risk management.
• Lead or participate in complex negotiations to secure favorable terms and outcomes.
• Monitor SLAs/KPIs and drive cost control and value realization.
