You’ll partner with business, legal, risk, and finance to optimize spend, terms, and supplier performance in regulated environments.

You bring 10+ years of IT procurement experience, advanced negotiation skills, and a pragmatic, autonomous work style. Flexible remote engagement with transparent rates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT procurement and strategic sourcing experience.
• Experience negotiating multi-million technology agreements.
• Knowledge of licensing for software, SaaS, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Experience in regulated environments such as finance or critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, RFx processes, supplier selections, and contract negotiations.
• Manage end-to-end technology procurement: software, hardware, cloud, network, and services.
• Advise business, technology, legal, risk, security, compliance and finance stakeholders.
• Drive cost optimization, risk mitigation and supplier performance improvements.
• Negotiate complex contractual terms including pricing, data protection, SLAs, and audits.
• Support renewals, vendor consolidations, and procurement governance.
• Assess supplier capabilities, financial stability, and regulatory compliance.
• Build executive-level relationships with strategic vendors.
