Job summary

European Payments Initiative (EPI) seeks a strategic HR leader to shape and drive the HR roadmap across Europe. You will partner with the CHRO, manage budgets, lead key HR projects, and advance our HR technology stack while fostering a remote-first, multicultural environment.

You will coordinate with HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Acquisition, guiding cross-functional teams and delivering value-driven initiatives for growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Solid project management experience with strong methodologies
• Proficient in Jira dashboards, reporting and data quality
• Experience in HR environment with HR processes and operations
• Budget management experience including personnel costs
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proactive and autonomous mindset, able to prioritize multiple initiatives
• Collaborative, low-ego approach with influencing without authority

Responsibilities

• Lead HR roadmap and translate strategy into actionable plans
• Partner with CHRO on priorities, risks, budgets and delivery status across HR
• Own and improve HR project management methodology and governance
• Oversee HR budget framework and forecasting with reliable data
• Lead strategic HR projects including tech deployments and process redesign
• Explore AI-driven improvements to simplify workflows and decision making
• Drive cross-functional initiatives impacting employee experience and company growth
• Support adoption of new ways of working
