Job summary

European Payments Initiative is seeking an HR Project Manager to partner with the Chief People Officer and lead the HR roadmap from strategy to execution. You’ll manage budgets, governance, and cross-functional initiatives, delivering structured programs that scale as the company grows.

You’ll collaborate with HR tech stacks, improve processes, and drive adoption of new ways of working in a remote-first, European environment.

Qualifications

• Solid project management experience.
• Strong proficiency with Jira or a comparable project management tool.
• Previous experience working within an HR environment.
• Experience with budget management and follow-up.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive and autonomous mindset; ability to prioritize and move multiple initiatives forward.
• Collaborative, low-ego approach, able to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR roadmap and translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Provide visibility on priorities, risks, budgets and delivery status across HR.
• Evolve HR project management methodology and ensure governance and delivery.
• Maintain budget framework and forecast personnel costs; build cross-department relationships.
• Lead high-impact HR projects from deployment to cross-functional initiatives; ensure adoption.
