Job summary

European Payments Initiative (EPI) is building a Europe-wide payment platform with Wero. We are seeking a B2B Partner Operations Specialist to be the trusted operational partner for member banks and payment partners, delivering timely, high-quality support while contributing to product improvements.

The role supports remote-friendly teams with quarterly in-person meetups across Europe. You will manage cases, analyze data for KPI reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a B2B partner support or client-facing operations role.
• Strong written and spoken English; other European languages are a plus.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with external partners (banks/PSPs).
• Comfortable presenting data, SLO performance, and operational insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to perform data analysis in Excel, Databricks, or similar tools to identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship contact for assigned member banks and PSPs.
• Own and manage support cases through Jira Service Desk with timely follow-up.
• Analyze support data, incident trends, and KPI performance; present findings in meetings.
• Lead member bank communications during incidents, service changes, and updates.
• Escalate complex issues; coordinate cross-functional resolution during Major Incidents.
• Collaborate with second- and third-line teams to improve product functionality and member experience.
• Support onboarding journeys and manage access rights per RBAC roles.
• Keep internal knowledge base up to date with lessons learned and best practices.
