Job summary

C&A Belux is seeking an HR Business Partner to implement HR strategy within our business units. You will partner with managers to support talent, culture and values, ensuring an enriching employee experience aligned with our ambitions.

You will travel 1–2 days a week in Wallonia or Luxembourg and 3–4 times a year in the Netherlands, managing recruitment, leadership development, performance and HR process improvements while promoting our inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources
• At least 2 years' HR experience (specialist or generalist)
• Fluent in French; also fluent in Dutch and English
• Willingness to travel 1–2 days/week in Wallonia or Luxembourg and 3–4 times a year in the Netherlands
• Good knowledge of Belgian employment law; Luxembourg law is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficient in MS Office
• Coaching and motivation as leadership traits
• Initiative and assertiveness
