Job summary

C&A Belux is hiring an HR Business Partner to implement HR strategy across business units. You will support managers on talent, culture, and values while ensuring a rich employee experience aligned with our ambitions.

Responsibilities include partnering with teams, leading recruitment and leadership development, and driving HR process improvements. Travel 1–2 days/week in Wallonia or Luxembourg and a few times yearly in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience (generalist or specialist).
• Fluent in French and Dutch; strong English skills.
• Willingness to travel 1–2 days/week in Wallonia/Luxembourg and several times/year in NL.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational teams to implement HR solutions.
• Lead recruitment, talent development, leadership and career projects.
• Support skills development and team performance.
• Analyze HR issues with the HR team and propose concrete solutions.
• Provide field feedback and help improve HR processes.
• Promote corporate culture, values, and inclusive environment.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and alignment with business needs.
• Encourage learning and cross-functional collaboration.
• Participate in cross-functional projects with HR expertise.
