Greif Belgium produces steel and plastic drums and supplies industrial packaging. At our Lier site, the HR Business Partner acts as the main contact for employees and managers, blending hands-on HR support with strategic advisory.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, development, mobility and offboarding, maintain HR data in Protime and Workday, and support payroll. Fluency in Dutch and professional English are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, labor law, business administration, or similar field.
• Experience in a broad HR role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of Belgian labor law.

Responsabilités

• Advise managers and employees on HR policy, labor law, and employee relations.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, internal mobility, and offboarding.
• Manage and update HR data in Protime and Workday and prepare relevant reports and analyses.
• Serve as backup for payroll processing of white-collar employees.
• Support managers with performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
• Identify training needs and coordinate suitable training and development initiatives.
• Guide organizational changes, with attention to their impact on employees and teams.
• Contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive working environment.
• Participate in regional HR projects within EMEA and contribute to the optimization of HR processes.
