SCR-SIBELCO NV in Dessel is seeking an HR Representative (Hard HR) to ensure compliant, efficient and future-proof people practices across the organization. You will serve as the local expert on labour legislation, compensation and benefits, and HR reporting, partnering with HR colleagues and managers to translate policy changes into practical actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Law, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to labour law, compensation & benefits, industrial relations or HR compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian social legislation and employment law.
• Experience in employee relations and handling confidential HR matters.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is considered an asset.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert advice to managers on Belgian labour law and HR policies.
• Monitor legislative developments and translate changes into practical HR policies.
• Support confidential employee cases in coordination with HR Partner.
• Prepare complex personnel cost calculations and severance analyses.
• Coordinate HR reporting, dashboards and workforce analytics.
• Lead HR projects in compensation & benefits, mobility, and pension programs.
