Zusammenfassung

VIB is seeking an HR Business Partner for the VIB-KU Leuven Center for Neuroscience (CNL) in Leuven. You will serve as the strategic people partner to the center leadership team within a complex, international research setting, working closely with center leaders, lab heads and university partners.

The role is hands-on and based in Leuven, with up to two days of home working per week where feasible. You report to the HR Director and drive practical solutions from people insights.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in HR Business Partner/People Partner roles, preferably international/academic.
• Experience advising senior leaders on complex people and organizational matters.
• Ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable advice.

Aufgaben

• Support center leadership in building high-performing, inclusive teams.
• Advise on talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, well-being and employee relations.
• Identify trends and risks, implement data-informed HR improvements.
• Collaborate with VIB HR, KU Leuven and center leadership to align HR strategy.
