Allianz Benelux seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to assigned business units, delivering people strategies that boost engagement and organizational capability.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to translate business needs into HR solutions, and work with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure integrated services, change management, and workforce evolution.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and data skills.
• Experience in HR business partnering and change management.
• English proficient; Dutch and French knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Strategic partnering to address people challenges and translate business strategies into HR solutions.
• Advisory role in organizational challenges, redesigns, workforce evolution, leadership, culture, and transformation.
• Bridge the gap between business and HR, ensuring alignment and buy-in for HR policies and initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior managers to support development and enhance team management capabilities.
• Provide strategic insights to senior leadership, collaborating with HR data and Finance teams.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR services.
• Facilitate effective communication and synergy between HR teams.
