Adecco Perm Recruitment Center is seeking an HR Business Partner with data-analytic expertise to guide the organization with strategic HR advice and a future-oriented, data-driven approach. The role combines traditional HR business partnering with HR data, reporting (CSRD), recruitment, and acting as a key-user for HR systems.

You will communicate clearly, guide colleagues in applying processes and systems, and provide instructions, follow-up, and practical manuals.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR analytics, reporting and data insights.
• Ability to configure and document HR processes and dashboards.
• Stakeholder advisory on talent, performance and workforce planning.

Responsabilités

• HR reporting: collect and analyze headcount, FTE and CSRD data.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards and reports for management.
• Act as HR systems key-user: support, troubleshooting, and training.
• Improve and parameterize HR processes and ensure data quality.
• Advise managers on talent development, performance management and workforce planning.
• Support recruitment: employer branding, job texts, search strategy and screening.
