BDO Belgium's Antwerp office is looking for a Manager Accountancy to lead a skilled team and serve as a strategic financial partner for SMEs and larger entities. You will build trusted client relationships, coach staff, drive new business, and share expertise through seminars and publications.

You will thrive in a collaborative, growth-focused culture with hybrid working arrangements including remote days. The role emphasizes leadership, client focus, and regional networking in Antwerp.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role or environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Economics.
• ITAA certification is a plus (we support your journey).
• Fluent Dutch and strong English; French is a plus.
• Natural leader who is proactive, client-focused, and pragmatic.
• Familiarity with the Antwerp region and a broad network.
