Job summary

Proximus Global is seeking a senior Go-to-Market strategist to lead segmentation, ICP development and value propositions for Protect & Engage. Based in Belgium with international travel, you will partner with Product, Sales and Partnerships to shape market strategy and drive growth across global markets.

You will coach the GtM team, define priorities, and craft compelling messaging and campaigns for cross-functional success.

Qualifications

10+ years in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, strategy consulting or growth roles in B2B tech.
SaaS, API or telecom businesses.
Proven record of designing GtM strategies from scratch for new segments, markets or products.
Strong structured thinking and ability to turn ambiguous questions into clear choices.

Responsibilities

Set GtM strategy and priorities for Protect & Engage.
Define priorities for next 6–12 months across segments, verticals, countries.
Answer 'where do we win first' with data-backed choices and stop doing low-value efforts.
Build GtM strategies for new segments, such as AI-native companies.
Own segmentation, ICPs and personas and keep them current.
