Boston Scientific in Diegem, Belgium, is seeking a Product Manager, Strategic Marketing Endourology EMEA to shape long-term franchise strategy across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will develop portfolio plans, market expansion strategies and evidence-based growth opportunities while working with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 7-10+ years in product management, English fluency and ability to travel ~50%.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
7-10+ years of product management experience is advantageous.
Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to work in a matrixed organization and lead cross-functional teams.
Willing to travel ~50% of the time.

Responsabilités

Define long-term strategic direction of the Endourology franchise across EMEA.
Develop data-driven portfolio prioritization and market expansion plans.
Translate market, reimbursement and competitive insights into strategic options for EMEA and Global leadership.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Global Marketing, R&D and country teams on launches.
Lead market and competitive intelligence activities and shape adoption and access strategies.
Support franchise leadership with portfolio reviews, ROI analyses and growth planning.
