UCB is seeking a strategic PIM Outcomes Research Lead to join the PIM ISEG Operations team. Based in Brussels, Monheim, or Slough, you will shape evidence generation strategies that support healthcare decision-making and improve patient outcomes.

You will partner with global and local teams, translate complex requirements into evidence plans, and ensure studies are rigorous, compliant and fit for purpose. This hybrid role offers broad cross-functional exposure and the opportunity to influence

Qualifications

Master's degree in Epidemiology, Public Health, HEOR or related field.
Extensive experience in outcomes research, HEOR, and real-world evidence.
Ability to advise on study design and evidence planning in a global setting.

Responsabilités

Shape evidence generation strategies to support healthcare decision-making and patient outcomes.
Provide strategic guidance on outcomes research, epidemiology and real-world evidence.
Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable evidence plans with clear objectives and audiences.
Guide teams through complex evidence generation challenges, balancing rigor, compliance and timelines.
Collaborate across countries and functions in a matrix environment to drive alignment.
