UCB is seeking a Global Medical Evidence Strategy Lead to drive integrated evidence plans for designated medicines from our Brussels HQ. You will shape evidence needs, set priorities, and guide study planning while collaborating with global medical leaders and external partners.

In this role you will translate science into patient value, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of evidence aligned with asset strategy. A hybrid work model is in place.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years in pharma/biotech with product launch and Medical Affairs experience.
• Experience delivering integrated evidence generation strategies at regional/global level.
• Strong data interpretation and communication to internal and external stakeholders; knowledge of RWE.
• Experience with external stakeholder interactions as part of medical strategy execution.
• Strong business acumen and adaptability; translate science into patient value.

Responsabilités

• Provides a strategic overview of activities for assets to the Asset (Medical Community) Team, including gaps, priorities, and impact.
• Develops asset evidence generation strategy and maintains the plan aligned with asset strategy.
• Collaborates with global leaders to identify evidence needs and opportunities for partnerships.
• Facilitates cross-functional plan alignment and communicates key decisions to stakeholders.
• Leads budgeting for evidence plans and monitors progress with KPIs.
