UCB is seeking an Access & Pricing Strategy Team Lead for Global Patient Evidence to shape payer and pricing strategies across our portfolio, based in Slough, UK or Brussels, Belgium.

You will lead a team of Access & Pricing Strategy Leads, partner with Asset Payer Heads and cross-functional teams, and translate payer insights into strategic decisions that influence development, evidence generation, pricing, and commercialization planning.

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences, health economics, public health, pharmacy, business, or related field.
• Significant experience in payer strategy, market access, pricing, health economics, or related pharma functions.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in global matrix organizations.
• Strong understanding of payer evidence requirements and reimbursement processes.
• Demonstrated people leadership, coaching, and team management.
• Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, influencing, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of Access & Pricing Strategy Leads, coaching and guiding.
• Partner with Asset Payer Heads to develop global payer access and pricing strategy.
• Lead payer strategy planning, evidence generation priorities, pricing strategy development, and governance.
• Define and operationalize global access and pricing strategies for assigned indications.
• Shape strategic options and trade-off discussions for governance and investments.
• Align Patient Evidence and Patient Impact teams to drive integrated access strategies.
• Bring payer insights into key decision forums and leadership discussions.
• Drive collaboration across HEOR, RWE, policy, pricing, and commercial functions.
• Champion advanced analytics and AI-enabled insights for payer planning.
• Strengthen governance and scalable processes for pricing excellence.
