Reynaers Group is seeking a Group Inventory & Operations Planner to optimise and manage our Belgium stock and drive group-wide inventory strategy. You will balance customer satisfaction, working capital and operational efficiency while advising markets on best practices.

You will monitor stock KPIs, lead improvement initiatives, and coordinate with Procurement, Product Management, Finance and Operations to align stock strategies with group objectives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Initial relevant experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Inventory Management or Operations.
• APICS CPIM certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking with pragmatic, hands-on approach.

Responsabilités

• Stock management for Belgium and group-wide inventory.
• Monitor stock-related KPIs: value, depreciation, health, service level, excess stock.
• Analyze stock trends and opportunities to improve productivity without sacrificing service.
• Manage tactical planning horizon from 1 month to 1 year; align demand, supply and stock.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Product Management, Finance, Operations and local teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects impacting supply chain or stock levels.
• Act as Business Process Owner for Inventory and Operations Planning; drive improvements using analytics and digital tools.
