Successfactors is seeking an Inventory Planning Advanced Analyst in Zaventem, Belgium. You will define and manage Target Inventory and Service Levels, balancing inventory with network constraints, production strategy and seasonal build-ups.

You’ll also manage aging and slow-moving stock, review policies, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize service and cash while reducing excess risk. You will run scenario modelling, maintain planning parameters, and lead monthly target-setting cycles

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (e.g. Industrial Engineering with SCM).
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of provision and SMDS+2A analysis.
• Proficient with SAP, OMP and DRP; advanced Excel and Power BI reporting.

Responsabilités

• Own Target Inventory and Service Level governance from policy to planning execution.
• Coordinate inputs, perform root-cause analysis, publish targets to systems and monitor deviations.
• Lead scenario modelling to support planning decisions considering production strategy and demand-supply balance.
• Steer production decisions in response to imbalances while balancing service continuity and inventory risk.
• Maintain planning parameters, run monthly target-setting cycles, and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Quantify provision impact with Finance and coordinate actions to reduce excess inventory.
