Job summary

Reynaers Aluminium in Belgium seeks a Group Inventory & Operations Planner to optimise group inventory, manage Belgian stock, and advise markets on inventory best practices. You will collaborate with Procurement, Product Management, Finance and Operations to balance service levels, working capital and efficiency.

You will lead the stock strategy and tactical planning, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements using analytics and planning tools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Initial experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Inventory Management or Operations.
• APICS CPIM certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking with a hands-on approach.
• Digital savviness and openness to new systems/tools.

Responsibilities

• Stock management locally and group-wide with KPI monitoring.
• Lead tactical planning over 1 month to 1 year horizons.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Product Management, Finance and Operations.
• Drive continuous improvement of stock processes and planning.
