Aliaxis in Brussels is seeking a Group Communications Business Partner to translate strategy into compelling communications across Finance, HR, Operations, Sustainability, Marketing and more.

You will partner with senior leaders to align messaging, manage brand governance, and drive stakeholder engagement on a global scale, with 2 days remote work. Native-level English required and proven ability to influence in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate/internal communications, global matrix environment.
• Experience shaping strategic comms plans aligned to business objectives.
• Native-level English with strong writing and storytelling.
• Excellent business partnering and advisory skills.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear narratives.
• Strong project management across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute corporate communications strategies and plans.
• Provide expertise in branding, reputation management and thought leadership.
• Partner with global functions and leaders to translate priorities into narratives.
• Drive alignment across groups and ensure brand standards.
• Lead crisis communications with Legal and stakeholders.
• Manage communications projects and events with internal/external partners.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize content and engagement.
• Facilitate global Communications Network and media library access.
