OPTIMUS IT SERVICES in Brussels seeks an experienced Strategic Communications Manager to translate complex business challenges into impactful communication strategies. You will lead large transformation programs, align senior stakeholders, and drive cross-functional execution in a hybrid setup.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years in strategic communications, strong stakeholder management, and a Master’s degree in a related field, with fluency in multiple business languages for a banking

Qualifications

10+ years in strategic or corporate communications.
Experience leading large transformation programs.
Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent.

Responsabilités

Advise and challenge senior business stakeholders on complex communication topics.
Develop and implement integrated communication strategies and programs.
Lead large-scale communication, change, and transformation initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and drive stakeholder alignment across the organization.
Define communication frameworks, key messages, audience strategies, and activation plans.
Manage scope, planning, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Build engagement and mobilize multidisciplinary teams around a common vision.
